高麗菜捲

我看了一遍yTower網站上的高麗菜捲影片教學, 當晚照著做一遍, 從前置作業 (絞肉拌料, 燙高麗菜), 到冷卻高麗菜片, 包絞肉捲, 上蒸鍋, 最後上桌, 一共大概一小時左右吧, 所以還算蠻快的.  不過整顆台灣高麗菜 (橢圓形) 只夠做十二個左右, 因為剩下的太小片不夠捲. 而且食譜上對蔥花, 薑末, 糖, 鹽, 太白粉, 香油, 胡椒粉等都沒說實際的份量, 所以第一次做我不敢加太多, 可是最後蒸好卻覺得味道有點太淡, 另外要再加一點點醬油來增添一點風味, 不過大致上蠻清淡爽口, 用來當下酒菜應該也不錯.
