2013 健身新目標 – W21

去年十二月中換新教練後開始每週三次的訓練 (中間有時會因為教練出國旅遊, 有時會因為我出遊而停止).

努力將近一年半的成果, 腹部仍舊是最挑戰的區塊, 不過我是下定決心, 一定要打敗它, 朝六塊肌前進. 教練說等我體脂降到14-15%應該就會出現了.

去年從Week 0, Week 8, Week 24, Week 41都有做一個身體年齡測試, 今年一直到五月中才又做了一個簡易版的測試 – 只做了身體組成比例 (Body Composition)這項. (黑字為是開始運動之前, 藍字是去年運動45週之後, 紅字今年五月的測試結果)

– 體重/肌肉/脂肪(磅) 130/95.3/34.7 | 135/101.8/33.2 | 127/105.4/21.6

– 身體脂肪比例 26.7% | 24.6% | 17%  Body Fat (Optimal是19.1-24; 如果能達到19, 體重就會下降到125lb, 身體年紀也會少五歲), 而且Skinfold Test顯示,

Subsccapular 從 23mm > 19mm > 4mm

– Midaxillary 從 25mm > 16mm > 15mm

– Abdomen 從 25.5mm > 22mm > 21mm

– Suprailiac 從 24mm22mm > 7mm

– Tricep 從 19.5mm > 18mm > 11mm

– Thigh 從 18mm > 16mm > 12mm

– 身體年齡 39 | 37 | 32 (我猜的)
