Cin-Cin Winebar in Los Gatos

今天和老公去Los Gatos 的 Cin-Cin Winebar 享受 Happy Hour, 聽幾個朋友提過, 終於讓我找到機會去看看.  餐廳名字很有意思, Cin-Cin就是乾杯的那個聲音, 不過餐廳地點很Tricky, 如果你知道在哪裡就覺得好找, 如果第一次去還是靠GPS吧 – 你下HWY 17後往市區那個方向開, 看到Chase銀行的那個紅綠燈就馬上回轉, 迴轉後第一個巷子右轉進去就到了.

它的Happy Hour菜單上一共有十三道小點, 從三塊到八塊不等, 有些小點不在一般的菜單上, 我反而覺得Happy Hour的菜色選擇比一般菜單要好, 而且有些小點很特別, 我在其他餐廳沒見過, 所以我建議各位就選Happy Hour的時間來吧 (週一到週六的四點到六點).

Cin-cin-2
左邊是Cin-Cin House Red Sangria (不夠甜), 右邊是Black and Berry Margarita (不要用吸管喝, 因為杯邊有Sugar-Pepper, 連著喝味道比較好).

Cin-cin-3
"Huevos Diablo" Deviled Eggs. 上面是一小片的橄欖配上辣醬, 增加一點後勁.

Cin-cin-4
House Cured Gravlax – jalapeno-herb goat cheese, dill vinaigrette, cucumber salad, pickled red onion.

Cin-cin-5
Soba Noodle Wraps – shaved apple and fennel confit, chipotle aioli, fried shiitake mushrooms, cilantro-mint vinaigrette and bibb lettuce.  這道是我的最愛, 那個炸香菇片真的夠香甜, 蘋果絲可以再給多一點. 嗯, 我想再來一盤.

Cin-cin-6
Crispy Rock Shrimp and Calamari with togarashi aioli, cucumber salad.  很新鮮, 味道其實還算不錯, 但是就這道菜的比較, 我覺得Santana Row的 California Winebar 略勝一籌.

Cin-cin-7
Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sliders with spiced apples, silver dollar rolls.  大概是吃到這道菜的時候我已經稱到不行, 也有可能我不愛吃肉, 一下子看到一個迷你漢堡塞滿豬肉絲有點倒胃口, 不過我老公愛吃的很.

可惜沒機會點Sherry Chicken Liver Crostinis; Serrano Ham, Manchego Cheese, Pear Roll-Ups; Spanish Tuna Melt Crostini; Wild Mushroom Empanadas.  也好, 這樣我還有藉口再去一次.
