昨天是感恩節, 今天是黑色星期五, 許多商店都提早折扣的時間, 有的從昨晚九點就開始, 有的從今天早上五六點, 總之, 為聖誕節禮物採購的活動已經開始, 在接下來的幾週, 各地皆有折扣促銷的活動, San Francisco Chronicle介紹幾個在舊金山的血拼好去處給大家參考, 我比較有興趣的是這二個:
11/30-12/1 The first de Young Museum holiday sale: The museum is stocking extra jewelry, books, decorative objects and other gifts for its first annual holiday sale at the de Young Museum. De Young sale: 11/30 from 12:00-8:30 p.m. and 12/1 from 9:30-4:30 p.m. at de Young Museum, Golden Gate Park.
12/7 Holiday block party: The annual Hayes Valley block party is 12/7 from 6-8 p.m.. The street has been revitalized lately, with the addition of several new shops, including the French bistro La Boulangerie and custom home-decor shop Quatrine.
