Chinese New Year Dinner with the East meets West Married Couple Meetup

昨晚和我的東西聯姻俱樂部 (East meets West Married Couple Meetup Group) 的十八位會員, 一起到位在Cupertino的大鴻福餐廳慶祝享用虎年的年夜飯.

這是年夜飯的菜單:
– Wine Marinated Free Run Range Chicken (糟缽黃毛雞)
– Fried Eel in special sauce (無錫脆膳)
– Satuee Prawn (翡翠蝦仁)
– Golden crispy veggie roll (黃金菜捲)
– Imperial shark Fin soup (蟹肉魚翅羹)
– Lobster with ginger & Scallion (上湯焗龍蝦)
– Peking Duck (北京片皮鴨)
– Sea cucumber sauteed with shirmp roe (薑蔥大烏參)
– Stir fried Rib eye steak cubes in XO sauce (肋眼牛排)
– Mixed seafood tofu ball with tender pea leaf (小元寶大豆苗)
– Smoked marinated black Cod (煙焗鱈魚)
– Assorted sausage rice wrapped in lotus leaf (荷葉臘味芋頭飯)
– Sweet black rice with lotus seed paste (紫寶藏玉-甜點)

當晚整間餐廳坐滿滿, 菜和服務都不錯, 尤其你考量到當晚忙碌的程度, 服務生難免有疏漏的地方, 但整體來說, 從接待的小姐到上菜的服務生到收碗盤的Busboy, 大家的表現都很不錯.

所有的菜色中, 因個人的喜好不同, 對我來說, 除了海參和芋頭飯我不愛吃外, 其他都蠻好吃的. 當晚每桌大概喝了起碼五瓶酒 (這家餐廳的開瓶費算桌不算瓶, 每桌十五塊, 上哪找這價錢, 所以我們帶了六瓶, 外加其他人也有帶酒或當晚有點酒).

我當晚帶了我自己做的四樣小禮 (大紅花長桌布, 購物袋, 二幅Matted攝影照片) 給大家抽獎, Anne選大紅花長桌布, Christine選購物袋, Keith and Gil各選一幅攝影照片, 大家開心, 我更開心. 我的東西聯姻俱樂部今年邁入第三年, 認識許多好朋友是最大的收穫.
