油飯

材料:
2杯糯米
6盎司豬里肌肉切絲
6朵香菇切丁
2湯匙蝦米
1粒大蒜切末
1支蔥切末

調味料A:
2湯匙醬油
少許黑胡椒粉

調味料B:
2.5湯匙醬油
1湯匙油蔥酥
1/2湯匙麻油
1/2茶匙五香粉
少許黑胡椒粉

做法:
1. 糯米洗好,水超過米泡2小時,將水倒掉,加2杯水,放進電鍋,跳起後再悶十分鐘。
2. 絞肉加調味料A醃十分鐘。
3. 大鍋用大火燒熱沙拉油,先將肉絲炒熟,盛起備用。同鍋,爆香蔥花、蒜末、香菇、蝦米。再將肉絲回鍋同炒,將調味料B倒入拌勻,倒入熟糯米飯拌勻。
