炒米粉

材料:
1包14-16盎司米粉
6盎司豬里肌肉切絲
6朵香菇切丁
2湯匙蝦米,泡軟瀝乾
1根紅蘿蔔,切絲燙熟
1粒大蒜切末
1支蔥切末

調味料A:
2湯匙醬油
少許黑胡椒粉

調味料B:
3.5湯匙醬油
6湯匙水
1湯匙油蔥酥
少許黑胡椒粉
少許香菜

做法:
1.米粉泡水,變軟瀝乾。肉絲加調味料A醃十分鐘。
2.大鍋用大火燒熱沙拉油,先將肉絲炒熟,盛起備用。同鍋,爆香蔥花、蒜末、香菇、蝦米、紅蘿蔔絲。再將肉絲回鍋同炒,將調味料B倒入拌勻,倒入米粉拌勻。
3.喜歡米粉吃起來有嚼勁就加多一點油,反之加多一點水。
