第三道是Food & Wine網站上的Crisp Tomato, Zucchini and Eggplant Bread Gratin. 如果你對生菜加沙拉醬的方式有點煩, 可以試試這道烤蔬菜.  簡單易作, 味道自然, 沒有做作的沙拉醬, 連我這位不太吃茄子的人, 都連吃好幾塊. 唯一要注意的是, 盡量將食材切的一樣的大小和厚度, 這樣會烤的均勻些.
