The agent for the links is the same company as us, Keller Williams Realty, so I know of Renee. I am not looking for Eichler Homes because I know who are the agents specialize in Eichler Homes in different area.
I am looking for non-Eichler but modern residential buildings that are normally custom build. Those are usually one of kind, $1M and up but no one is tracking it.
So next time when you driving around, maybe you will see some of them.
