Project: Today I am thankful for

Dear Friends,
I am going to do this project for my self-awareness as a daily reminder to focus on the positive things in life because I often forget the good and tend to remember the bad so this is my way of helping myself to rebalance that. Today, I am thankful for the reminders that I received from therapists and friends to focus on what I have done/achieved (or did well) so that I will focus on what other have done for me (instead of what have not been done or didn’t do well) because I can’t give others what I don’t have.
